Flexible Work Arrangements - In line with our commitment to work life balance and in appropriate circumstances, CSL currently offers flexible work arrangements to help you balance your personal and work responsibilities. Options include: working from home, flexible hours, part-time work and job sharing.

Global Employee Share Plan - The Global Employee Share Plan is a great way for CSL employees to share in the ownership of the business. Employees who have been with CSL on an on-going basis for at least six months can participate in the program.

Development & Career - CSL provides many learning opportunities for employees to access and support continuous learning, professional development and personal growth for improved job performance and career enhancement.   CSL has partnerships with external learning and development providers, who work with CSL to attain quality learning solutions for employees. These opportunities can include new technology training , local and global internal job postings and participation in succession planning programs.

Study Assistance -
CSL provides opportunities for employees to grow into leadership positions including those with more responsibility and/or utilisation of varied/new skills. CSL encourages general and specialised learning and development programs, as well as tuition reimbursement and diploma/graduate certificate programs.
